Our extra-curricular highlights
Play-based learning
School playgrounds are fantastic places for students to learn through play. During play, students are supported to learn how to solve problems, persevere, compromise and cooperate with others. Play provides invaluable opportunities for students to practise and apply the skills they are taught in the classroom.
Play-based learning at school is an important part of building student's social communication and interaction skills alongside more explicit teaching and instruction, it helps to keep every relaxed, happy, engaged, learning and safe at school.
Creative and performing arts
Our drama, music and art programs help students be creative and express themselves. They can join in concerts, art shows and drama activities.
Community access and excursions
Our students enjoy getting out of the classroom to explore, learn and try new things. These experiences help them grow, build confidence and see how their learning connects to the world.
