ASSISTED SCHOOL TRAVEL PROGRAM
When parents and carers are unable to provide or arrange transport for their child either fully or in part, the Assisted School Travel Program (ASTP) provides specialised door-to-door transport assistance for eligible students between their permanent residence and school at no cost to families.
All applications for access to the Assisted School Travel Program (ASTP) are assessed based on the individual travel support needs of the students. To find out more, and to access an application form, please follow this link: Assisted School Travel Program (nsw.gov.au)
· If you require transport to and from school for your child, please print and fill in (PART A) of the application below and then return the form to school. The school will then complete (Part B) along with other applicable documents and submits the application. The process usually takes 7-10 working days after the application has been submitted. Parent/Carers and Holroyd School will be advised via email of the result of the assessment process.
· If your child is travelling with the Assisted School Travel Program (ASTP) and you require a variation to transport (change of address, change in circumstances etc).
